What is the point of self checkout if you don't open them? Why is there 3 cashiers when it's not too busy, but one can't just open the self checkout?

The girl who dresses like a guy with colored hair working the front door is the extremely rude. Literally wouldn’t acknowledge me knocking at the door to see if my son dropped something in the store at the register that I just left a minute ago. Literally locked the door saw me there and ignored me. At least acknowledge that I’m there instead of blatantly ignoring me. Her coworker acknowledged me after the fact but not her. Poor customer service.

Be sure to check expiration date on perishable items when picking up drive up orders. They gave me 1 gallon milk with just 2 days expiry when I refused to take it they couldn’t cancel it. Had to go inside to return
