I came into the Kelso store to help my mom figure out what to do with a credit card that

s in my passed away fathers name. The girl at customer service was so rude, she didnt offer any help or even take the time to say "I

m sorry for you loss". Another lady, who appeared to be a higher up in the store, was even more dismissive.I understand if they couldnt help us but to be completely dismissive and rude was absolutely appalling. Kindess goes such a long ways. You never know what someone is dealing with but they did and still chose to be harsh. I hope some attention can be made to this matter, as I hope anyone else dealing with a devasting time doesnt have to deal with poor customer service. 11/21/23 around 3:30-3:45pm

They’re always so helpful and friendly. No matter if I’m shopping in the store or stopping by for a drive up order. I also love the layout of the store. It makes finding what I need easier as well as seeing all the new products they have available!
