Starbucks employees were so rude I was standing there for 3 mins while they were chatting I just wanted a cup of ice and no one acknowledged me and they all made eye contact with me when I saw one of them get water for themselves looks like he came back from break I didn’t want to ask but I asked bc it was taking forever mind you there was no other orders it was just me but he was so rude didn’t say a word I asked I said please I said thank you he said nothing like?? If you hate working there then just leave??

Trash. Customer service is gone, particularly with an associate named Kellie. When I approached her initially to ask if she worked in Order Pickup, she acted as though I was interrupting her personal conversation with another colleague. Fast forward to when she came behind the counter, and her customer service was still MIA. Needless to say, I will never shop at this location again.
