If I could do negative I would. I bought something did self checkout didn’t get my buy one get one half off. The guy-said well it paid for go to customer service. Note 3 workers standing in this area. I walk over to customer service no one there. I ask for help was told someone would be right with me. 10 minutes later and 5 people waking by me all saying someone will be right over . I got on the phone to call for a manager. Finally someone came to help instead of returning 34 dollars of stuff I returned it all 127.00 and went to kohls

The issue I have is with the persons who bring the orders out. The app asks for a preference which my preference is passenger's side seat and every single time they come to the driver's side and hand the items to me. Why is the preference available if it's going to be ignored?

Awkward layout, restricted self checkout yet there’s never enough cashiers. 1.5 stars is more appropriate.
