If I could give a negative star, I would. The return policy for Target cardholders lacks clarity, as I discovered when attempting to return an unused Owlet purchased with our Target credit card in 2023. Despite having the receipt, I was denied the return, leaving me frustrated. Additionally, the new hanger policy is perplexing and inconvenient. During a recent visit, a checkout employee physically took the hanger from a Carter's newborn outfit I purchased, insisting they now rent hangers, and I couldn’t take them. And then, if I took it, I was stealing from Target. I’ve worked retail for years, newborn Carter outfits come with the outfits. And for her to physically grab the outfit from my hands, take the hanger off my proposed gift and tell me “you could put the gift in a box.” Is outrageous. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the overall customer service and policies at Target. I will NEVER shop there again and I will absolutely make sure everyone knows how disrespectful customer service is. Cutting my credit card up now. Unreal. 3-7-2025 @11:45pm MST
Nothing bad to say about Target. I was able to pickup an online order for my roommate and the service was swift and they had the order ready for me to pickup. Mind you my roommate added myself as the pickup person so that helped it be a smooth pickup experience.
I do wish this Target had a bigger selection of beer and wine. I was on the hunt for a good seltzer but the selection was extremely limited and the products were not cold/refrigerated in store.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY VERY HELPFUL, NEVER AT A LOSS WHEN SHOPPING HERE. THEY WERE FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOMING. BOUGHT BOOTS HERE BEFORE A YEAR LATER STILL WEARING THE BOOTS, NICE MERCHANDISE. OVERALL YOU'LL ENJOY THE MARKET PLACE AND SAVINGS HERE. 5 STARS!
