Excellent customer service!
We purchased a bike for my 3 year old grandson from Santa. On December 23 rd when assembling the bike we found out that it was defective. We drove to three different Target stores that supposedly had the bike in stock according to the app-none of them had the bike. We then tried calling stores that had the bike according to the app. Customer service at every store just disconnected the call. Until we called this location that is. They not only took my call, they went to the back to confirm that it was in stock and then held it at customer service until we could drive 30 minutes to get there.
Customer service saved Christmas for us!
This store needs new management. They need management that can oversee the store and that the customer service is up to some kind of standard. If the customer service is bad you have bad management. Placed an order for pick up and have been trying to call the store. They do not answer the phone or they pick it up an hang it up. I will no longer shop at Target. There are plenty of other stores that carry the same items.
