Really gone down hill fast in April.
Service is terrible. Can’t check my own groceries out anymore. Took away circle earnings. Just overall went from a strong target advocate to what the heck am I going to target for. Lost a very loyal target customer.

Around 8:25PM on 04/21/24 I went to the self check out with my brother and fiancé. I was able to check out with no problem but my brother had trouble with the machine not taking his cash. He was unsure if his 20 was put towards his bill so we asked the self checkout host for help. My brother explained politely and the older lady responded rudely to my brother. She treated him as if he was stupid and showed him that his 20 did go towards his bill. And continued to respond nastily to him. This is not the first time I have been through the self check and witnessed these employees being rude to people of color. This is unacceptable and action must be taken, maybe they need training on how to interact with customers without thinking of the customers race and treated them harshly based on that!

Saturday 4/20 i went in with my boyfriend to get some bins, we head over to the self checkout and as we're with our (less than 10 items) she makes it very clear that its 10 items or less. i notice that its only us she says this to, me being the only Indigenous in that self checkout. there were other people, one who i saw had a cart full of items in the self checkout, with them being white. Nothing i heard was being said to them about 10 items or less, what kind of racism is this store showing in this day in age?? if i could i wouldnt even give it a zero star. id give it a fart and moldy rotten tomatoes.
