The food came in questionable containers as if they bought frozen prepackaged indian food, warmed it up, then sold it as theirs. But the other half of the food came in to-go containers.
They didn’t offer a spice level option for the chicken dish and our grigo mouths couldn’t handle just fire hot with no flavor. We like spice but we prefer favorable spice. This was just hot for hot sake.
Is it edible? Yes. But the chicken comes with the bone in so it’s also a project.
Vegetarian options are plentiful which is nice but I still feel like I was tricked into buying prepackaged food sold at restaurant prices.
Will we go back? Unlikely. We like our old standby Indian place more and we know they are legit enough to at least hide the frozen food containers.
Or maybe this is expected for this place? I don’t know but the photos will show what I am talking about and my confusion as to the legitimacy of whether they actually cooked the food or bought it at the local Indian grocery store frozen section up the road from it. 🤷🏼♀️
Best Indian buffet in the Seattle area we had.
The buffets have various dishes and all very tasty: fishes, goats, chickens, dessert, fruits, free chai tea and it's less than $20 per adult.
I finished 4 plates,keep the good job!
