This bakery lives up to its reputation for Cream puffs, the texture, crisp and cold cream in your mouth is not only filling, but very satisfying.
The macarons selection is excellent, I am confident there is a flavor for every pallet! This bakery spares no expense to the quality of their ingredients and creams. Pictured we chose, Red velvet cheesecake, coconut, salted caramel, birthday cake, strawberry and pistachio macarons.
I highly recommend you give it a try! One of the hidden gems in the PNW for tasty treats.
This place is known for their cream puffs, but plot twist….try them with the strawberry cream! Sooo amazing. The taste reminded me of strawberry ice cream, not too rich or too sweet, just the right amount of texture and flavor. The perfect dessert.
Tried the other pastries as well, which were ok, but I will definitely be back for the mini puffs!
