This outfit is really customer service oriented. I hear and read that a lot -- companies say that about themselves -- but Taylor Energy really walks the walk. Everyone I interacted with in any way was unfailingly polite, very helpful, and not afraid to say "I don't know, let me check." THAT ALONE puts them head and shoulders above most.
We solicited bids from several vendors, and Taylor Energy was right in the sweet spot. They are a local company, employing local people. Their communications were clear, concise, and very forthright. The entire process from site visit to bid to completion was actually faster than they anticipated, even though county inspection threw a couple curveballs their way.
The work was done quickly, correctly, and with relatively little interruption.
