We bought a salt free water softening system for our hard water here in Lacey, WA.
We requested Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning to install and train us on the new system.
John and his assistant arrived on time and had of the needed tools, plumbing bit and pieces, and expertise to complete the job. John made 2 trips (filled the tanks with water and installed the sediment filter on our garage wall.) He and Blake returned 48 hours later to plumb the system and test for leaks.

Update: Based on John's recommendation, we asked Taylor Heating and A/C to install a feeder line from our gas meter to power our portable generator.
On December 14th, 2023 John and his assistant, Blake arrived on time and with all of the needed parts and materials to complete the project. John fabricated connector parts that allows our generator to use a flexible hose with a quick connect fitting. John and Blake also were great about providing us with training tips and cautions about keeping the generator away from the gas meter vent and tested the generator with the new feeder line.
We were very happy with quality of work and price we paid for John and Blake to complete this job.
