A messy park. I have been going to this park a few times during the last five years. Every time I went back, I wished somebody had cleaned it up or done something to improve it. However, I was very disappointed til a week ago when I returned. The Taylor House was OK from outside, since we never got a chance to go inside anyway. However, the park area had no public restroom and no place to wash your hands. It looked like a huge piece of brown dirt from above. On the ground, there were no irrigation systems, so there were no green grass but ugly brown dirt. There were dry and dead tree branches everywhere: no flowers, no green grass. It was also deserted and no people walking or relaxing in it. What happened to the tax money and the public parks in West Covina?
