In 2023, we met Taylor while attending an open house in our neighborhood. We didn't have an agent as we weren't in the market and we let Taylor know we lived just a couple blocks away and were just looking. Taylor was warm, professional and polite. He gave us space and time to look around the house and when we expressed an interest in learning more, he provided helpful information on the contractor, the house, pricing and negotiation strategies. Taylor was very engaging and friendly and his approach played a big role in us making the decision to buy the house and sell our home of 24 years. The process moved very quickly and Taylor stayed engaged the entire time via calls and texts on a daily basis. Taylor was diligent in promoting our home online and he stayed after each open house to provide us with updates on attendance and feedback provided by potential buyers. After three consecutive days of very well attended open houses, we were presented with several competing offers and happily accepted the one that worked best for us. Taylor even went above and beyond by coming to help us uncover our septic system in preparation of the septic system inspection and stayed during the lengthy inspection which was greatly appreciated. Taylor's commitment to us and this process resulted in our contingent offer on the new build home being accepted the same day it was made, our house being sold in four days with multiple competing offers and the closing taking place in 18 days. We connected so well with Taylor throughout this process that we are now able to call him a friend.
