I have encountered issues with staff here almost every time I visit this location. Staff here is super untrained and manager completely unprofessional. I have been with TD 20+ years, have business acct, personal acct LOC, mortgage, never have I ever been asked more personal verification after entering my debit card into teller machine using it with pin to do the transection. The teller still needed to ask me personal questions to do simple transaction of transferring funds from my LOC to my personal acct. When I questioned this act, she went to supervisor who said exactly the same thing. Seems like the staff and managment at this location look for ways to complicate ppl lives. Few weeks ago, simple deposit of draft with receipt was put on hold in business acct, what's the point of having a draft with pink receipt of its still going to be on hold??? I run a business, ppl need funds faster than 7 business days, if it was a simple chq, I get it, brought in draft simply for that reason. I was advised to do that by one of your supervisor and still went on hold. I will also be putting official compliant with TD Head office about teller who served me recently and supervisor who did nothing to make my experience pleasant. Stop humiliating client's and have a better judgment of character. Grow up TD Whatcome staff and find something more entertaining for yourself than creating harassment for clients. Seriously, get a life!! As for me I am done with this location, better go to Sumas branch, staff is breaze to deal with.

Have no knowledge of rules .manager was asking for third piece of identification and sin number,when i was physically present and showed two identification cards and ready to share my sin with her too,which is awful and annoying. However when i confirm from coustomer service and explain the whole scenario, they apologize on the behalf and having lack of information. She frustrated me and waste my time and i am not to get my money on time.

Manager at TD Whatcom(Abbotsford) provided me with excellent service experience. I had mistakenly book appointment with a different location thinking that it was Whatcom location and was upset at myself for making that mistake. Paul came to my assistance and helped me even though I was not scheduled to see him and even answered additional questions via email. Thank you very much Paul
