Horrible company. Still have exposed cable line across our yard. Makes mowing a big pain. Multiple calls with no solution. It's getting to the point we're going to dump them thank goodness we have no contract. Service is no better than Xfinity was and it's more expensive. Stick with what you have people or at least read all these comments and take heed.

Nicholas was our install tech and he did such a good job. He was professional and his work looks great! The internet is super fast and works with our router we have. Highly recommend

The people who work for them are inconsiderate. They park in front of my house and are rude when I explain the people who live here need to park there as the bike lane forbids parking in front of their house. They are paid by the hour. people coming home are not on the clock and shouldn't have to walk any further to get home. In late spring they Tore up my yard as well. I am telling everyone the type of people this company employs as I am sure it reflects the company standards as a whole.
