I have been consistently impressed with both Dominic and Damien in the service department. We have started to bring our Honda to this office for service as well. Our Mazda has recently needed some significant warranty work completed and it was handled very professionally.

I had originally made an appointment online for a Monday but when I got to the dealership my appointment wasn’t there. I was able to reschedule for Saturday with help with Ken and he apologized for the mixup online and let me know who would be my contact for the work for my car. On Saturday I met Dominic and he was very friendly and helpful and let me know. Did not normally do diagnostics on a Saturday but would make an exception for me. My check engine light had come on and I didn’t want to drive my car till that was taken care of. He let me know it was due to a thermostat problem and he would have to order parts and would let me know When the parts came in, he would let me know when the work was done. Very pleasant very helpful.

Exceptional service as always. I have been going to the team Chevrolet in Vallejo for a little over a year now. Never have I ever felt more welcome at a dealership service center. My go to representative Jazz(who deserves both a raise and promotion) is amazingly wonderful and always delivers top notch customer service with a bright smile and an engaging attitude. Jazz also goes above and beyond to make sure my car has all that it needs and cuts no corners. Super great full for Jazz and the Vallejo Chevrolet service center. ~ satisfied customer!
