I had a huge issue with my car where I needed to tow my vehicle to the dealership a day before my actual appointment, they were accommodating and let me. Overall response from the service manager was good. Updates and clarification for services was good. I'm grateful a loaner vehicle was given to me while my car was out of commission.
Only issue is that when I returned to get my vehicle, the vehicle battery was dead and I was left stranded on the driveway of the dealership with a dead car due to the battery being dead. I had to run back inside to get it replaced because I couldn't leave regardless. Biggest issue with this is that it was indicated in my inspection test my battery did not pass something yet it wasn't communicated that it should be replaced. I had to drive away not even 100 feet away from the service center and find out my car died as I tried to drive home.
I then had to wait another 30-40mins to get it replaced and additional payment on top of the initial repair, which it should've been fixed because of the test results and I shouldn't have been sent home with a dying/dead battery.
Other than that, I recommend making sure to double check the full inspections and making sure not to miss major issues so this doesn't happen to another customer. Everyone was friendly and helpful but that was a huge surprise to my to have a dead car in my hands when I thought it was done.
