We had to use them for a Fire Watch service since our fire sprinklers were out for about a month. They were very timely with their updates daily when someone came in to watch the place at night, even when they switched shifts, there was a text each time when they did.
I did random checks throughout the month and there was always someone there watching the building. I also parked one time when it was off hours at our property and within 2 min someone rode by on a bike to ask what I was doing and who I was.
Once confirmed we just chatted for a little bit before I left (I was just hanging out since I had to be somewhere nearby and just hung out for about 15 min).
