I was introduced to TRF by my personal trainer at the time, Alex, and did a 12 week strength program with him. I really appreciated the small studio vibes, good music, and kind and helpful atmosphere.
I’ve also been taking HIIT and circuit classes on the other side of the gym. It’s fun, upbeat, quick-paced, and a hard workout every time. Between the music, lights, and fog, I feel like I’ve gone to the club minus the hangover lol.
Rahsaan, the owner and instructor, is full of energy, encourages class-goers, and is also easy on the eyes 😉
In the ~6 months I’ve been training there, I’ve lost 9 or 10lbs! Now with the new format, there’s something for everyone with treadmills, rowers, bikes, skiers, and weights!
