Our first time participating in Bloomsday and there were a lot of additional surprises, Tea’s Company being at the top. I’m often disappointed in places selling Thai tea, but I wanted to give this little food truck a try. Wow! They did not disappoint! So much so, I had to swing by the store front before heading back home. Mindy was so lovely to chat with and I appreciate she made my drinks before they were even open. What a great treat for the road trip home!

This place is legit. I lived in Taiwan where the original bubble tea is actually from and this is one of the few places in the area that has a proper bubble tea with the right texture of Boba (fresh and chewy) and they let you choose the sweetness level you want (I always do 50% and it’s plenty sweet even for a sugar addict like me). Wish they had the bubble tea lid sealer so I could have bought extra to take on the road with me home! I drank it so quick I forgot to take a photo when it was full.
