After meeting with Tracy I was really pleased with his professionalism and understand of my automotive business. He was very patient in explaining everything to myself and my daughter who runs my business. After waiting for our current contract to expire he checked in regularly and made sure we were doing okay. When we finally made the switch it was quick and easy and he even stayed to help all the staff make sure they knew how to use the new system.
