I've booked my son's part here before the quarantine, 2 months before his birthday. When it became clear that we can't have a part because of quarantine I've asked for refund. They said that I needed to wait until 4 days before the part to make sure that quarantine won't be lifted otherwise to refund. Finally, quarantine got extended way beyond my son's birthday and I still didn't receive the refund 1.5 months later. They keep on giving me different excuses each time. I'm a hard working single mother and the deposit money were definitely not extra. UPDATE: I did receive the full refund
