Fernando and Zack not only handled a difficult washer repair in a stacked full size unit, without being asked, the 2 desiccated rat bodies underneath were removed, the area scrubbed, the debris bagged and put in the trash can outside . To work on the appliance, an exterior door to the patio had to be removed. They were very careful and everything was back in place when they left. Bonus, two really nice men.
This has been our 2nd experience with TeeVax, the first a microwave issue . Both times we had excellent, pleasant, professional service from the office to the guys on the trucks. Wanting the best available, we will continue to only call TeeVax for our appliance needs. It’s reassuring to have a business available that takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
