A small but very nice local history museum. Many different displays about many different facets of the Tehachapi area history. My favorite was the sign of rules for riding in a stage coach! Go visit and have a laugh! Also history of the indigenous population of the area. It's free and definitely worth a visit!

Techachpi Museum. One of the things I enjoy most on a trip is visiting museums to learn about their customs, their traditions and their history. Tehachapi is a very picturesque little town, a beautiful place and above all, Barbara and Beverly were excellent hosts, they told us about the history of Tehachapi, It is a small museum but full of history and charm. I would return to Tehachapi again.
