Diagnosed my laptop and called with options to repair. They replaced the old hard drive with a new solid state one. Wow, it runs really fast and smooth as silk now. Saved me hundreds for a new laptop. Very happy, second time Tek saved me $$$.

The staff at Tek Solutions were excellent! Super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. With a problem they said they had never seen before, they were able to fix it very quickly, and my computer is back working as I need it to. Thank you so much!

Great customer service, brought my laptop back to me at work when the wrong battery came in and within a week it was replaced as well as the trackpad, it’s like a brand new laptop again … sorry it caught on fire and you had to deal with that lol thanks guys
