Excellent service and professionalism by Niles for TekStop. He was able to diagnose the issue even though the lack of internet connectivity was intermittant and hard to determine causation. I definitely recommend him for computer and internet problems. I am very happy with the services he performed.

Niles is so great to work with. He eased my old computer along until I was ready for a new one, then made the transition smooth as silk. In less than a day I'm up and running with this new machine.
