DO NOT BUY worst customer service imaginable, it’s literally impossible to get in touch with anyone. They just take your money and run. The test is also BS and their supplement sucks too. I signed up for the monthly subscription and they make it impossible to cancel so they keep taking my money every month with no way to cancel it.

update to my previous review below - did they go out of business? the company just DOESN'T respond. I paid for a telomere test. The site says they only do COVID testing now, but I already submitted my telomere test for analysis - what are they doing with the previously submitted blood vials???
All of the reviews could not be more accurate. They never get back to you, never answer the phone and do not provide you with the services that you paid for. Disgraceful customer service. the worst I have EVER seen ANYWHERE ever. Not an exaggeration.

Just as everyone else who's reviewed this company, my blood sample was sent to them in 2020, and they claim they've never received it. I've been trying for over 2 years to get a new test sent to me so that I can re-submit my sample. They don't respond to emails ever. This company is obviously a total fraud at this point and there should be a law suit, imo. They should also be reported to the BBB. I can't recommend this company at all.
