Store is great and the service was exceptional! I went into the store to inquire about getting my girls their own phone numbers. I was helped by Neena and she explained everything to me regarding the plan and terms very clearly. She was friendly, has a warm personality and you can tell she enjoys what she does, I look forward to coming back and doing future business through her.

I had the best customer service from Neena Gill. She had great knowledge of all the phones & services. She answered all my questions & helped me understand everything. She made me feel very comfortable. I can say I’ve never had an experience like this & I recommend her to everyone. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you need a new phone, contract or just have questions go see her she knows it all.

I had to charge my phone so I came inside and Kash helped me out. Super friendly and will take good care of you. He set a charger up by the couch and the canucks game was on. 10/10 service even though i didnt buy anything from Telus.
