Came in for help with my phone, agent seemed annoyed to be taken away from his TikTok’s. Wouldn’t help me until I had a bill and account number instead of looking up my account by name/number as was done every time before. Then told me my options were London drugs or a local repair shop. Rude and did not want to be helpful

I had called to set up some internet for my upcoming move and Ty was amazing!! Took him maybe 15 minutes to set me up with a plan and get me an appointment for at home internet setup. Was extremely kind and friendly and got me an amazing deal as well.
