This is the third VOIP provider I have worked with. From the first enquiry to our ongoing support, the information and guidance has been exceptional. The structure of Telzio works well for our situation with many part-time workers and no on site administrative support to manage incoming calls. The dashboard is very intuitive and it is very easy to create phone trees with individualized actions for each extension. However, if I had need for any support and assistance with setup Telzio makes it readily available.

We have been working with Telzio for years and we love them for our mental health practice. We previously had used RingCentral but due to service issues with them and costs jumping up, we wanted something stable and reliable. Telzio has been that exactly and their customer support is excellent. We have about 60 users.
