We had our hot tub serviced this week by Lorenzo. Hands down terrific service! Lorenzo is extremely knowledgeable! He was able to find our issue within 10 minutes, and on top of that, took the time to look over everything else and solve a few of other small issues that would become worse in due time. In additional, he went a step further and fully explained how things works, why and what he was going to to resolve, as well as gave tips and suggestions on long term care and maintenance. I hope his management reads these reviews, because he has something many service folks don’t exhibit these days and that, in my opinion, makes his an extremely valuable employee.
