This could be a little too much for a google review, but I don't get behind ANYTHING unless it has indisputable value in my life. I'm sharing this for anyone out there with even a slight curiosity about pilates in WW.
I did physical therapy to recover from back surgery for two years before I was told to do pilates because PT wasn't working that well. Months after trying out pilates in the town I used to live in and not feeling or seeing a difference in my back/leg pain or muscle strength, I wasn't expecting this studio in WW to be much different. I don't know if it was the owner, Patti Jo - the most badass pilates instructor and an all around genuine and caring person- or her simply charming and cozy, studio, but I felt this was the right place for me since my first session. Fast-forward six months, my pilates practice is responsible for my pain free day-to-day for the first time in 5+ years. A self proclaimed couch potato, I surprise myself looking forward to working out and even challenged myself to doing pilates from 2 to 4 days a week. Pilates has not only made me stronger but has kept me committed to achieving my goals. So, if you are curious about this place, this is what you'll get: pilates technique done right (in addition to great insights on mobility and body awareness - Patti Jo has a background in dancing), a cozy space, all the pilates equipment you'll ever need, and the best instructor there is. Patti Jo knows her stuff AND is a true delight to be around.
This place is a a little treasure in this town. Check it out. You'll thank yourself for it.
