Tenaya as a family doctor for us :). She always ready to hear you situation without any rush. No any pressure about surgery and injection. With plantar fascia she described all options and give me all recommendations (medications, exercises, shoe and inserts recommendations ) . With freiberg's disease she very carefully gave recommendations for recovery.

Dr. West is very professional and friendly. She called me multiple times during the weekend trying to share with me the blood test results. Since my cell phone was not near me at the time, she texted me in detail on the results and ordered the next procedure. Apparently she has my best interest at heart and I really appreciate that.

After seeing many doctors for my sesamoid issue, Dr. West gave me great advice and was a really great listener. What sets her apart is her bedside manner and ability to listen and empathize - especially since she’s an athlete and can understand the desire to return back to normal activity. She is also very thorough and competent.
