We were so fortunate our friends recommended Teresa Marlow when we moved to Santa Cruz. We had a great experience with her as our real estate agent. She has extensive knowledge of the surrounding area and knew exactly what we were looking for. Teresa offered excellent advice, answered every question plus cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. Working with Teresa has been wonderful, and we highly, highly recommend her. We were first time home buyers, and knew so little — not only about the process in general, but even what we should be looking for or paying attention to when we toured homes. Teresa’s knowledge and expertise in these areas really stood out to us. She always made sure to point out the good and the bad at each home, talking us through theoretical repairs and costs, so we really knew what we’d be getting into with each house. On top of that, she was always available for us, and responded so quickly to all our questions. Working with Teresa it was always clear that she had our best interests at heart, and really was looking out for us. It made the entire process a little less scary and intimidating, and a lot more fun.
