We reported spiders appearing indoor in bathroom sinks. Office staff scheduled timely appointment. Tech came out, identified entrance points under sinks,sprayed insecticide and advised caulking gaps in walls surrounding sink pipes. Excellent, timely service. 5*/5

I had booked my initial appointment with Terminex over a week in advance. 2 email confirmations showed the date and time which would have been on a Saturday afternoon. I rearranged my entire schedule to be available at that time. After waiting all day, no one showed up or called. When I reached out to Terminex, I was informed that my local branch which is the Laguna Hills one, has changed the appointment to Tuesday without ever notifying me. This is absolutely terrible... What kind of service is this? Utterly, disappointment. I had several choices. I'm sorry I chose them.

Terminex has been servicing our home for several years. Service and communication with our technician Sean has always been outstanding. I always hear back from Sean once the service is complete. Sean is always on time and just great to work with!! We have both pest and mosquito service. This year so far we are seeing a decline in the amount of mosquitoes 🦟 and with our monthly pest control no spiders or ants!
