We had an issue it being a shared building/units.. common walls..he created a plan that has been very effective. I've not seen any bugs in my home pass 6months. He's careful not to overdo it because of our pets.
Told me his plan..
he's always on time..
very thorough..

A company is really only as good as the employees you meet. In my case, Andy Flores is the embodiment of professionalism. He was the first one to come and assess the property. After we had termites treated, there were numerous ants and spiders, beyond anything normal. He was really receptive and delivered strategic treatment that made a difference that very night. But the ants were relentless, showing up in much smaller amounts. So, I called and they sent a different technician, who did a generic spray. But it didn’t make a strong difference . Andy Flores came out a few days after that, and they’re essentially gone. I was scheduled for an additional mosquito spray, and I was still able to ask about concerns for mold, with pictures related to an area of my house to which he provided reassurance. It’s nice to interact w individuals who take their job seriously and understand the client’s concerns I’m grateful for this excellent experience!
