My technician, Richard Marquez, has been excellent to date. He’s professional, thorough, and communicative. While Terminix can be expensive, the customer service justifies it for someone living in a more rural/ranch setting. Kudos, Richard!!

Hector has always been courteous and punctual with everything he performs from calling in advance and doing an outstanding job when he shows up at my home. I have Hector since i got my home in 2011. I wish there was more professionalism like Hector with all of the different services perform at my Home. Hector has never fail and he currently the only service provider that has set the bar very high. Thank you very much Hector. You are a professional and i hope you continue to the awesome work on my house.
