Wonderful experience with getting new MSLR paint and finish touch ups after receiving the car at a different location (and noticing paint bubble and other imperfections). At the Renton location, Melanie was my point person and I couldn't be happier with her communications and thoughtfulness. The final result is a drop-dead gorgeous car.

This is a great place very friendly. As of the 1st of the 2024 Renton is only selling used Tesla's. You will have to have your Tesla serviced in Seattle Bellevue or Fife. Tesla is working on building a new service center in Renton but you will have to wait about 2 years.

I had an extremely bad creaking sound in my back passenger seat that had been a problem for years. I had visited the Bellevue Service Center twice in the past for the problem with zero improvement. The sound would always be back within a day or so of the visit. I decided to try this location and it was an excellent experience. I received a Model Y loaner and had multiple messages updating me on the progress and attempts to get more information about the issue so that they could properly fix it. Melanie was excellent in her communication and the technician did a great job fixing the problem (hopefully it never returns). I definitely recommend other frustrated customers to come give this location a shot.
