We brought our Tesla in for service because it was making squeaky noises. They were very helpful and fixed the car that day. I would go there again, but of course, we don't have a choice as Tesla owners. Expensive but good.

On July 21rst my husband and I were in Bellevue square and walked into the Tesla store. Everyone was polite, attentive, answered all questions and helped us schedule two test drives for August 3rd at the main Tesla store. On the 3rd, my husband and I drove in from Federal Way for the test drives. We arrived on time, if I recall.. even 10 minutes early. Upon walking in to the front desk, one of the sales guys was speaking to a customer, and another sales person was next to him. This said "sales" person.. was looking at us like deer into headlights. When I said we had two appointments today, again.. looked at me like he didn't know what he was even doing there that day. He finally proceeded to give me a little note pad to fill out with my/our info and said "we're slammed today, it will be a long while". When I asked even if we have an appointment.. he said, and I quote "we'll get to you eventually", in a condescending manner. That caught me off guard. Definitely not the experience we had at Bellevue square with customer service..! I did tell him I'm no longer interested. I went up to my husband, told him what I was told. I'm fairly certain the sales guy heard my husband and I saying to each other "I'm half tempted to ask for a manager with that kind of talk", because he very quickly came over and asked in a nicer tone if we wanted to still wait. We said no thank you after that "wonderful" first experience, and left. I understand you may be slammed with customers, but you'd think appointments would come first..? I wouldn't even have minded the wait, even if it was inconvenient on our end - if it wasn't for "we'll get to you eventually" in a snarky tone. Needless to say, if you want a test drive.. clear your schedule and head to Bellevue Square. Everyone their is so much nicer, quick to help, and get you behind the wheel. I'm not sure if Tesla does commission or what not.. but the person who "helped" us on August 3rd.. definitely lost his for two vehicles.

Without a doubt one of the greatest experiences you can have. Nothing like the traditional car buying process of the past. No hassle or pressure due to the fixed prices. The staff is exceptionally professional, kind, attentive, and well versed in all things Tesla. We test drove with Stephanie and she was very sweet and respectful with us, very happy to answer any questions we had regarding the vehicles.
