I messaged them on the app asking to confirm the estimate (which said $0) and they never replied. Then, 15min before the appointment time, they told me that the technician was not there, after driving 30min to get there.

I brought my 2023 model 3 for coolant leaks, They fixed the coolant and scratched two wheels, One tire caught a nail at service and they refused to replace it after one employee said that they will give me a replacement for free Adel called me and said that they have to charge me for the replacement and he then offered me a discount for a new one and he said its the same as if I was driving it around and the tire caught a nail! Long story short they decided to not give me a new tire and they patched it. The patch was leaking air then later Tesla Emeryville agreed to replace it. Tesla Emeryville saved the day! But the two scratched wheels still needs a repair or replacement!
