Very rarely do I give out 5 stars but this place was well deserving. I was in town for business and came here on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. We were greeted immediately when we came in and the staff was very friendly. We had a reservation so we were seated quickly. Every team member that came by the table was friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. The gauchos came out with so many different meats to choose from. We tried so many things and every single thing was just amazing. All of the meats were flavorful and seasoned well. Some of the favorites were the flank steak and the filet mignon. The seasoning was on point. I have been to several steak houses over the last few weeks and this steak was by far the best.The top sirloin was also flavorful. I loved the flavor of the garlic roasted chicken and it was tender and juicy. The salad bar was great. There were potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, beans and rice as well. The rice was OH EM GEE delicious. It was so good! The drinks were also amazing. I can’t even remember what we ordered. One was a sort of tropical martini with raspberry syrup and it was FANTASTIC! The other was made with the Brazilian rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice and orange juice. It was called the “Rio” something or other but it was also very good. The creme brulee was delicious and we to the passion fruit mousse to go. The food and restaurant get 4 stars and the reason for the 5 stars is for the waiter, Chris. He was THE BEST!!!! Attentive, friendly, funny, helpful and all of the other adjectives you can think of. Really just a great personality. I eat out about six times a week and rarely do you come across someone who is just a genuine nice guy. I absolutely will be back when I am in the area for work.

Delicious! Excellent service! This has been the best Brazilian bbq I’ve ever gone to. What makes it different is the many varieties (about 13 different types of meat) and the exceptional service they have. The salads were fresh and beautiful. One of the guys knew that I wanted well done in my meats and he especially went to make it just for me. This was the best choice we made to celebrate our anniversary.

First experience, but been to the competition. This place holds its own. Great meats, hard to pick a favorite, attentive staff, great wine selection, full bar, and a great salad bar. Only knock is that they do not have a non-dairy dessert option. Just eat another bacon wrapped filet mignon, it's better than dessert.
