the fact that staples is using them and they both gave me the run around regarding a package that is supposed to be delivered to a government agency is appalling. you can definitely tell the lack of care for the services they are being paid to provide by the copy paste reply in each of the comments.

They left my package OUTSIDE my building, the status shows as delivered, they send me a picture saying that they did the delivery "correctly" who leaves packages on the street? my address did show my apartment number, but even if it doesnt say an apartment number I think I would be logic to at least put it inside at the lobby, this was a very important pakage and now is lost and unfortunatly I cannot recover the content because its sold out.

Ordered something from Nordstrom Rack, my package got to this facility on June 6 (it’s June 14 now) and that’s where my packaged stayed. This is the second time I have issues with this place. Employees aren’t stupid and they know exactly what packages to steal. Hopefully Nordstrom rack stops using this place.
