Came here and arrived 30 mins before my appointment and another customer came in right after me whom he had his appointment at 4pm. This person had to wait 30 mins to be seen because Albert the tax guy decided to step out of his office with out saying a word.

This place was not busy and they had just one customer at the time I came in, when Albert decided to come back he decides to answer his staff questions and the person who came in after me he was seen by Albert 45 mins later, my time finally came in and still had to wait another 15 mins to be seen!

What was the point to make an appointment at this place? I was seeing an hour and 25 mins later and they don’t even apologize for making you wait! Albert was referred to me but will never come back here ever again.
