TWSS is one of the most amazing places to be! Every time I get my hair done I feel like a pampered queen! The customer service is beyond amazing, Kayla has done my hair for the past 3 years, not only has she helped my hair but she’s made me feel beautiful and unstoppable! I recommend this spa to everyone I know!

Made an appointment only 3 days ago. When I showed up the door was locked, place appeared empty and phone was disconnected. Website also appears to be down.

The owner, staff, ambiance and overall quality of this amazing place is unmatched. From the moment you walk into TWSS, you are greeted directly by Kayla (owner) or one of the staff and are immediately transported to a world of relaxation, positivity and pampering. I love this spa, and everyone in it. I have always been treated with kindness, respect and patience when I have visited. Kayla has truly made this a must-visit spa in Snohomish county and any treatment you choose, will blow you away with the amount of detail and hands on care they provide to each client.
