The sales person gets a 5. She was very nice and great with follow up and communication.
I'm giving this place a 2 (closer to 1.5) because of the people that were working the day of our wedding.
Literally, they just sort looked at us or stared when we walked in. I even went to the bathroom and saw staff in the hallway and in the bathroom and not one person said anything. No "congratulations" or anything.
It was odd.
The day we reserved the place, same vibe. The sales person was extremely nice and when she introduced us to the person that would be there during the wedding, same cold/nonchalant response.
Anyway, I don't want to damper on our beautiful day. I just wish the rest of the staff was also warm and welcoming. Even when we were cleaning up, no one said anything.
...and no, I don't need a robotic/corporate reply to this review. I felt what I felt and that's what I remember how we were treated. I won't let it ruin the wedding day.
