We ordered the Capucine metal table, and while it was on back-order for several months, it was well worth the wait! Customer service was A+, we were kept abreast of shipping progress often and appreciated that very much.

I have had the most positive experience with this company! Patrick and his team have been hands on from the second I ordered, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that I have been entirely satisfied. I ordered the Honeycomb Parquet Island and the Ranchers Dining table, and the craftsmanship and quality exceeded all I could have ever imagined. Shipping was incredible quick and easy as well! I will 100% be ordering from them again in the future, as well as suggesting them to anyone in the market for some beautiful new pieces for their home. 🖤

Patrick was so amazing from start to finish! He confirmed with the warehouse that the chairs I wanted to purchase were definitely in stock and available to ship immediately. There was a slight defect in one of the chairs and he was able to get a replacement chair shipped right away. Patrick’s customer care and communication was outstanding! He answered emails on weekends and even called me with updates on tracking. The chairs are beautiful and I would absolutely order from The Alley Exchange again.
