I recently visited The Alley and had an exceptional experience ! The menu at The Alley is extensive and offers a wide variety of classic and unique boba tea flavors. I decided to try the signature Ube brown sugar deerioca, and it did not disappoint! The drink was delicious, and the boba pearls were incredibly fresh and chewy – just the right texture. I also appreciated the option to customize the sweetness, which made the drink perfect for my taste.
The staff at The Alley are friendly and knowledgeable and were kind enough to offer suggestions. It was so busy (during their grand opening) however, the service was quick! Overall, The Alley is a gem of a boba shop that I highly recommend to any boba tea enthusiast. I will be returning to try more!!!
I have tried almost all boba places in Seattle. This place is good!! I like their Ube Taro brown sugar and purple rice yogurt. The brown sugar boba is perfectly warm and chewy. Portion size is good for the price. Service is nice too - staff is super friendly.
