You want Natalie to help you through this process. She has been a sheer delight and a wealth of knowledge. She guided us efficiently through our first home purchase. She oftentimes would raise a question or suggest something we never thought of and it would turn out to be just the question that needed asking! Natalie has an ability to anticipate your needs as well as the needs of the process. She’s proactive and communicates the process effectively. We never felt like we were out of our depth as long as she was along side us. She also is respectful of Covid restrictions! All in all it took us a few months to find the right home. Natalie stuck with us, never rushing or giving off an impatient vibe. She always wants to do what the client is comfortable with. We are so pleased with Natalie’s handling of us and our home buying experience that we will be enlisting her assistance for another purchase for a relative. I can not thank you enough, Natalie. Thanks for assisting us through this process. You truly made it look easy but I know we would not have been able to achieve this task as smoothly without you.

Amanda and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! Amanda was on top of everything, from the showings, to the paperwork, to everything in between. She took care of the hard stuff so we didn’t have to. Scheduling showings with her was incredibly easy, and she was always very prompt at getting back to us and planning out house tour routes so we could pack in as much as possible each time we looked at homes. She had answers to all our questions and concerns and was very friendly and knowledgeable. When she wasn’t available to help, she sent someone else from her team to make sure we were taken care of. If you need a realtor in SW WA, Amanda is your girl! We can’t recommend her enough!
