Caitlyn was very helpful, had outstanding customer service and kept the line moving fast (she was the only person at the register) There were 3 people ahead of me but my wait time felt like a flash. My overall experience was great. Definitely coming back.

D'Angel (I hope that was their name, they were the sweetest ever!) was so nice! 11/10 customer service <3 I wish I lived closer so I could come more often lol she made my birthday one to remember

Came in for a pick up order Chantelle including the rest of the staff are always very knowledgeable and extremely helpful at making sure my order was correct. They even helped me pick out a substitution on the order as well! The Bake Shop is #1 in making sure customer satisfaction and experience is always met! It’s a 10/10 in my book. Lastly the flavors, prices, and discounts are unmatched!
