We have our pet sulfate staying there. We wanted to give the place another shot. Since we are going away and we have nowhere else to go. It is only night 1 of his 4th unsatisfying stay there. Granted he is not a typical pet, but we ask the simplest things. We ask that he just stay warm and stay covered at night. The day before our trip, we will be looking for a different spot to try for the next time we go away. These people are great at telling you want you want to hear, but not caring about our pets (at least my pet). We pay so much money for him to be cared for and we don't get the support we need from them. This is not what we want from a company.
Update: Even though at the time of my last review, it was not the greatest. I will say that since the review, things did get a bit better. Since talking to the GM, we were able to feel like we were heard. They have started to take care of our pet per our requests a bit better. Our pet did seem a bit better when he was leaving. He wasn't as upset with us or wanting to get his frustration out on us or any furniture. So we feel a bit more confident with taking him back again. Especially since we have a couple more vacations coming up this year.
